TENANT PLACEMENT SERVICE

Are you renting? Do you have a property you want rented? Do you need a property managed? We provide two valuable services: Tenant Placement and/or Property Management.

Whether you want to rent your house or an investment property, we can help you. We charge you a one-time tenant placement fee. We meet you at the property and provide a free rental estimate. Once agreed upon, we advise and guide you with a detailed, actionable service of direction and guidance on what necessary steps need to be taken.

We screen all tenants who have completed applications. We then conduct comprehensive background checks and references. Once the process is complete and successful, the tenant will be selected for your rental property.

We then prepare all necessary paperwork on your behalf, including leases, security deposits, and setting up rent payments. Our first tenant placement service is then complete. You can then choose if you would like to use our second Property Management service.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE

We manage your rental property with full service for all maintenance and repairs. We make sure every request and need is taken care of so your tenants and our clients are 100% happy.  Your tenants can contact us anytime with any questions, needs, or repairs. We get appropriate licensed contractors to provide approved bids and coordinate timing for all required work to ensure it’s complete. We aim to make this rental stress-free so you can pass on the daily responsibility, care, maintenance, and repair to us. We charge you a monthly fee and provide a helpful, invaluable, professional service that makes your life easy so you can forget about your rental and your investment continues.
